WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES AT FERGUSON ESTATES
EVERY THURSDAYS STARTING JANUARY 9TH 2025 FROM 6:30 PM TO 8 PM
Get ready for an exciting opportunity to join women's self-defense classes with the amazing headmaster Kru Benny on Thursday January 9, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM! Benny offers 10+ years of coaching experience and is a 3 time WKF heavyweight champion. Coach of many successful provincial, national and international champions. With limited spots available, you'll receive personalized instruction that caters to your needs. Make sure to register early, as it's on a first come, first serve basis, with a fee of just $35 at the door. Participants must be at least 12 years old, and by signing up, you acknowledge that we aren’t responsible for any injuries that may happen during the classes. We encourage cash payments, but don’t worry—debit and credit cards are welcome too! Don’t miss out on this empowering experience!

That’s exactly why Fridays After Work were created at Ferguson Estates every Friday, with live music and food from Flame Flavaz Grill. Come get social with a game of pool and enjoy our different cocktails.
Main event starts at 7pm, but early birds can drop in for Happy Hour between 6pm and 7pm. Must be 19 or older, admission is free.
