Can I put a date on hold?

We offer a 2-week hold with no fee on available dates, allowing you the opportunity to finalize your plans without the pressure of an immediate decision. During this 2-week period, we will not accept any other bookings for the same date, giving you the exclusive option to reserve the venue for your special occasion. You'll have one week to decide if someone inquires about the same date. If no contract is signed and the deposit isn’t paid, the date will be automatically released.

Do you have changing rooms? Can we book additional space?

While we do not have changing rooms at the venue, However, we do offer a charming rental house on the property, which can serve as a perfect private space for the wedding party or guests to prepare and relax before the ceremony or your event. The rental house features ample space, comfortable amenities, and a picturesque setting, offering an ideal solution for the bridal party to get ready and enjoy some special moments together.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit for booking is non-refundable, as it is used to secure and hold the date exclusively for your event. However, if you need to change your date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you and transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability.
