  • If we book the outdoor space, what’s our option in case of bad weather?
    In the event of bad weather, if you booked our outdoor space, we offer the option to move your event to our spacious indoor venue. Our indoor space provides a comfortable and beautiful alternative, ensuring that your event can still proceed seamlessly regardless of the weather.
  • Is there a capacity limit?
    Our venue can accommodate up to 299 guests to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. We prioritize providing a comfortable and spacious environment for all our guests while ensuring the highest quality of service.
  • Can I put a date on hold?
    We offer a 2-week hold with no fee on available dates, allowing you the opportunity to finalize your plans without the pressure of an immediate decision. During this 2-week period, we will not accept any other bookings for the same date, giving you the exclusive option to reserve the venue for your special occasion. You'll have one week to decide if someone inquires about the same date. If no contract is signed and the deposit isn’t paid, the date will be automatically released.
  • Do you have changing rooms? Can we book additional space?
    While we do not have changing rooms at the venue, However, we do offer a charming rental house on the property, which can serve as a perfect private space for the wedding party or guests to prepare and relax before the ceremony or your event. The rental house features ample space, comfortable amenities, and a picturesque setting, offering an ideal solution for the bridal party to get ready and enjoy some special moments together.
  • Is the deposit refundable?
    We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible for our clients. The deposit for booking is non-refundable, as it is used to secure and hold the date exclusively for your event. This ensures that no other bookings will be taken for that date, giving you peace of mind and the ability to plan your event without worry. However, if you need to change your date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate you and transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability.
  • Is catering provided in-house?
    We do not provide in-house catering. However, we have established relationships with a selection of local preferred caterers who are familiar with our venue and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional food and service.
  • What accommodations are available for guests with disabilities or mobility issues?
    Our venue features wheelchair-accessible entrances and restrooms, and designated parking spots close to the main event areas. Additionally, we have staff on hand who are trained to assist guests with special needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements or to arrange personalized support during your visit.
  • Is there a designated smoking area at Ferguson Estates?
    Yes, Ferguson Estates offers a designated smoking area for the convenience of our guests. This area is thoughtfully placed to ensure that smokers have a comfortable space to enjoy while maintaining the comfort and safety of non-smoking guests. Our designated smoking zone is situated away from the main event spaces, ensuring that the ambiance of your event remains pristine and enjoyable for everyone.
  • Does Ferguson Estates offer an audio/visual system and microphone?
    We are equipped to meet your audio/visual needs for your special day. Our venue features a audio/visual system that includes high-quality speakers, a projector, and flat screen TV to ensure your event runs smoothly. We also provide wireless microphones for speakers to ensuring clear and professional sound.
