Collaborating for Superior Outcomes
Calling all artisans from the local community interested in participating in our 1st annual Holiday Maker's Market. Focused on last minute shoppers, offering food, fun, draws, horse & carriage rides, Santa visits and welcome cocktails.
Where: FERGUSON ESTATES 4195 Aberarder Line, Camlachie, ON, N0N 1E0
When: Saturday & Sunday December 10th and 11th 2022 (9AM - 4PM)
Vendor set up time: Friday set up 1PM - 6PM or the morning of between 7:30AM-8:45AM
Vendor's fee: $25 for both days (2-day commitment)
All vendors must provide their own table (6ft or 8ft), linens and a 10ft x 8ft space will be supplied. Booth must remain open and be staffed through the event. Vendors must donate an item for the draw ($20.00 + value) and each vendor must have a jar for tickets to be gathered and drawn for the donated items. Limited number of tables are available upon request for an additional fee.
Vendors agree to being photographed at Ferguson Estates and to allow market photos to be used for promotional purposes. Each selected vendor will have their logo advertised on a 75'' TV on a loop and pictures of each booth will appear on Ferguson Estates Facebook and Instagram for exposure after the event. Vendors logos will be advertised on social media, before the event. We will aggressively target radio and social media advertising to promote the event! We will have a Santa Clause for the kid, a horse drawn wagon, fire pits, specials on selected drinks, custom made cocktails/holiday drinks, Christmas music, free welcome cocktail, food available for purchase and closest to the pin contest on Saturday and Sunday.
